2. Data Collection and Use

The Sprinkleverse app (“Application”) only begins collecting personal data after you have provided consent by tapping “Accept” upon first launch. If you do not consent, no data is collected, and the app will close.

We do not use Unity Analytics or any comparable tracking systems beyond what is necessary for advertising and purchases.

Collected Data Includes:

Unity Ads:

  • IP address (approximate location)
  • Advertising ID (e.g., IDFA / Google Advertising ID)
  • Device information (device type, OS version, model, language)
  • App information (app name, version, install source)
  • Usage data (ad impressions, clicks, video views, session length)
  • Log data (e.g., crash logs, timestamped events)

Used to show personalized ads based on your preferences and device characteristics.

Unity In-App Purchasing (IAP):

  • Purchase history (which items were bought)
  • Product identifiers (e.g., item IDs)
  • Transaction success/failure metadata

Used to process purchases, restore previous purchases, and prevent fraudulent activity.

3. Legal Basis

We rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for processing your personal data:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): We process your data for the purpose of displaying personalized advertisements via Unity Ads only after you have given explicit consent when launching the app for the first time. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 7).

• Contractual Obligation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): We process data related to in-app purchases (Unity IAP) as this is necessary to fulfill our contract with you, including processing purchases, restoring past transactions, and providing core game functionality.

We do not use Unity Analytics or any third-party analytics service. No profiling or tracking for behavioral analytics takes place beyond ad personalization.

4. Third-Party Services

Your data may be processed by third-party service providers. These include:

a) Advertising & Analytics Providers:

b) App Store & Distribution Providers:

Some of the third-party providers named above (such as Unity, Google, and Apple) may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States. Data transfers to these countries are safeguarded through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or by participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For example, Google and Apple are certified under the Framework, while Unity relies on SCCs.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax regulations for purchase data, typically 10 years in Germany).

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Correct errors (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Request deletion (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Request portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to certain uses (Art. 21 GDPR)

To exercise these rights, please contact us at info@allloose.com.

If you wish to request access, correction, or deletion of data processed by Unity (e.g., Unity Ads or Unity IAP data), you may contact their Data Protection Officer directly at DPO@unity3d.com, as outlined in Unity’s privacy policy

7. Consent Withdrawal

You can withdraw your consent at any time by going to your device’s app settings and resetting the advertising ID or by uninstalling the app. Note that some services (e.g., Unity Ads) offer their own opt-out mechanisms.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 16. If you are under 16, you must have parental or guardian permission to use the app. If we learn that we have collected personal data from users under the age of 16 without parental consent, we will delete that data immediately.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the app or app store before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the app after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, or if you contact us for any other reason, we will process your contact details and inquiry solely for the purpose of responding to your request in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
